Hawai`i Wellness Fitness Expo. Enjoy the most respected experts in motivational speaking, social media, business, career development and personal growth to educate and inspire throughout the weekend at free workshops. Special highlights include a Jr. StingRey Fitness Competition ages 8-18 years old, Book/reading area highlighting local Hawaiian authors/writers. Food demonstrations by the most talented chefs in Hawai`i showcase their culinary talents with easy healthy recipes (samples given to attendees). Demonstrations from Na Kane-Men of Paradise, Hawai`i Rugby Team, and Hawai`i Roller Derby will be doing special presentations on the main stage.
