16th Annual Black & White Night. It’s downtown Hilo’s gigantic multi-block party with free music and entertainment in the streets. Live bands will be playing late into the nights as shops, galleries and restaurants welcome visitors into their doors. Arrive dressed in your best black and white and snap a photo at one of the many registered selfie spots to win great prizes.
