The Kauai North Shore Lions Club Annual “Pancakes and Hula” Breakfast.  Featuring great pancakes and all that goes with them, hula and entertainment, lucky drawings and a silent auction.  Takeout will be available. Maui Swap Meet.  Maui’s largest flea market is a great place to shop for unique, home-made, handcrafted, quality products at reasonable prices.  University of Hawai`i – Maui College, 310 Ka`ahumanu Ave, Kahului.  7 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Cost is 50 cents; free after 12:30 p.m.

Makuahi Cave Reserve Tours.  Visitors generally agree that this place is unlike any other public site they have encountered. At the center of its many attractions is Hawai`i’s largest limestone cave, the richest fossil site in the islands, and a uniquely preserved archaeological site. Saturday, April 6: 
Maui County Agricultural Festival.  Maui County Farm Bureau along with the farmers, ranchers and agricultural allies share agriculture’s vital role in the economy, environment, and lifestyle of Maui. Held each spring on the luau grounds at the Maui Tropical Plantation in Waikapū, it features dozens of booths, activities for young and old, edibles of every description, and family oriented fun galore. Candlelit Tours at the Baldwin Home Museum.  Step back in time and visit the Baldwin Home Museum with a tour by candle light.
