First Friday:
Bike Ride (Dec. 6 & Jan. 3) in Waikoloa Village. “First Friday” is a chill night ride through Waikoloa Village which takes place the First Friday of EVERY month. It will start at Waikoloa Village Lava Java at 8:30pm. All bikes are welcome, but beach cruiser/hybrid/single speed bikes will be most comfortable on this slow paced ~10mile/1hr ride. Please bring your non-cyclist friends and significant others! Please bring lights, blinkies, bells and horns! E Ho`oula Aloha Benefit Concert for Bailey House Museum. The entertainment features Uluwehi Guerrero, Leiohu Ryder, and Richard Hoopi`i. Bring your blanket or a low back beach chair and enjoy the day listening to music, watching the grace and beauty of the hula dancers, and going back in time to Old Hawai`i. Hawaiian arts and crafts vendors, pre-holiday shopping at the museum gift shop, free museum admission, food booths, and a silent auction are all part of this celebration of Hawaiian culture. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 on the day of the event. Children under 12 are free with a paid adult.
