Old Town Kapa`a Art Walk.
  Kapa`a Town goes all out for its First Saturday of every month Art Walk. The main street is lined with vendors selling Kaua`i Arts and crafts, with some of Kaua`i’s best musicians and bands playing up and down the street. There are lots of shops and restaurants to choose from.  It’s great fun for the whole family and a great way to see Kaua`i life whether you are a visitor or resident.  Kapa`a Town. 5 to 9 p.m.  Free.

Kaneohe Christmas Parade

Saturday, December 2:
Kaneohe Christmas Parade.
  Each year Kaneohe rings in the holiday season with its historic parade starting at Windward Mall and ending at Castle High School, along the following route: From Haiku Road and Alaloa, makai (ocean side) on Haiku Road, right on Kamehameha Highway (remaining in the Honolulu-bound lanes until Hoene Place intersection). The parade will then cross over to the Kahaluu-bound lanes of Kamehameha Hwy., left on Kaneohe Bay Dr., and right into Castle High School parking lot. 9 a.m. to noon.  For more information visit KaneoheChristmasParade@yahoo.com.

A month long Christmas lights and decorations display.  Highlights include the large outdoor tree, Shaka Santa and Mrs. Claus, indoor tree display and corridor of wreaths. Free activities and events, food vendors and children’s rides at cost.  Scheduled for opening night, Saturday, December 2:  4 p.m. – Food booths and keiki (children’s) rides open at Sky Gate; 6 p.m. – Tree Lighting Ceremony at Honolulu Hale, Electric Light Parade begins at A`ala Park down King Street; 6:30 p.m. – Lighting of the City Christmas Tree. Let it Snow! 
 Back by popular demand, Queen Ka`ahumanu Center will once again transform into a giant snow globe with its award-winning “Let it Snow!” snowfall experience. Snowflakes will descend on Queen Ka`ahumanu Center’s center promenade during its “Let it Snow” shows at 6:30 and 8 p.m.  Each snowfall show will last for ten minutes orchestrated to festive, holiday music with keiki snowflake wands and free Starbucks hot chocolate for early arrivals served by jingle ambassadors.
