96th Annual Maui County Fair and Parade. Maui’s largest event, this year appropriately themed, “Celebrating the Good Ol’ Days”, will return for its 96th year providing something for everyone with fun, ono multi-cultural food, exhibits, entertainment, contests, top-notched entertainment, and quality time with family and friends. The Fair will open with the traditional parade (Maui’s largest) Thursday, October 4, and will continue with rides, food, first-rate entertainment and more through the evening of Sunday, October 7. The Maui Fair is the symbol of family tradition. It attracts locals and visitors alike to enjoy an alcohol-free, smoke-free and drug-free family-oriented educational event that features exhibitions, events and activities for all ages to enjoy. Featured highlights for 2018 include the ever-popular Food & Festival Village, the Maui Fair’s focal point for gathering to enjoy ‘ono food and entertainment; the Events Arena showcasing some of Maui’s most talented school orchestras, organizations and clubs.
