Chinese Kite Festival

Chinese Kite Festival. Celebrate the wonderful world of kites at the Wo Hing Museum on Front Street in Lahaina. Enjoy a colorful exhibit of one-of-a-kind, handmade kites. Starting at 1 p.m., view a PowerPoint presentation on the significance and history of kites in China. Participate in hands- on workshops to make your own kite, or purchase one of the many kites that will be for sale. Chinese music and entertain- ment daily, as well as Chinese food to purchase.
