Jake Shimabukuro. Renowned for his super-fast and complex finger work, ‘ukulele wizard Jake Shimabukuro has redefined the meaning of music that comes from that instrument. Though Jake is versatile with all the Hawaiian standards, he is constantly expanding his repertoire to combine elements of jazz, blues, funk, rock, bluegrass, classical, folk, and flamenco. Jake is now a world-wide phenomenon: he’s been declared a musical “hero” by Rolling Stone, has collaborated with and won accolades from diverse stars in the music world, wowed audiences on world tours and TV, and has even played for the Queen of England.
