King Kamehameha Celebration Floral Parade. This colorful celebration honors the reign of King Kamehameha. The parade starts at the corner of King and Richards Streets and ends at Kapiolani Park in Waikiki. Ho`olaule`a will follow at Kapiolani Park from 11a.m. to 4 p.m. Arrive early before 8 a.m. as the streets will be closed for the parade to pass through and reopened following the parade.
