11th Annual Black & White Night. Dress up or dress down, but dress in Black and White! Costume contest with cash prizes, live music at many various locations around historic downtown Hilo. Play the Treasure Hunt Game, and enter to win prizes. Visit the Grand Central Station (location TBA), and pick up a copy of a Treasure Hunt map, visit the various locations on the map, complete your hunt, and enter to win PRIZES!
