Hawaiian Cultural Center of Hamakua’s First Anniversary Celebration – Honoka`a.  Celebrate this one year anniversary with music, hula, cultural activities, and family fun. The event opens with the blessing of the new exhibit hall and unfolds to feature performances by Sonny Lim, Hula Me Ka Honua, Hawane Rios, Halau Waika, Hualalai, and Brad Bordessa. Vendor booths featuring crafts, informational displays, and cultural activities will be on site. Bid on prizes at the silent auction fundraiser, and dine on a Hawaiian plate dinner featuring Kalua Pork and Squid Lu`au or vegan dishes prepared by Sea Dandelion Cafe.
