Banana Poka Roundup!

Banana Poka Roundup!  A festive family event for young and old, Banana Poka is an environmental fair that combines education of Kaua`i’s forest environment with good fun and Hawaiian music. There will be environmental exhibits, games for kids, Banana Poka basket making, crafts, drawings, Hawaiian entertainment, snacks, a silent auction, and a crowing contest at noon. Guided tours of the CCC Camp will be available during the noon hour. Free Admission with donations accepted at Koke`e Museum. Limited parking in the Meadow with a short walk up to the camp. Lawn chairs are ok to bring, but coolers are not. Call ahead for ADA arrangements.  CCC Camp in Koke`e State Park, 3600 Koke`e Rd., Koke`e. 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  For information call (808) 335-9975.
