Saturday & Sunday, April 30 & May 1: 
Bank of Hawai`i presents Hawai`i Book & Music Festival.  A family-friendly event, festival-goers will enjoy two days packed with readings by and discussions with local, national and internationally known authors; performances by musicians, storytellers, actors and dancers; and ongoing entertainment for the kids, including the return of Mr. Steve, national host of PBS Kids. There also are book-sellers and publisher booths, the Bank of Hawai`i Book Swap, and an international, open-air food court.  Frank F. Fasi Civic Center at Honolulu Hale, 650 South King Street, Honolulu. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free, with plenty of free parking available.
