Willie K & Friends BluesFest.  Join Willie K as he hosts special guests from nearby and far away for an evening that is as diverse and eclectic as it is electrifying.  A living legend in Hawai`i, Willie K continues to push the musical envelope with his diverse range of musical genres, attracting some of the world’s top musical talents as his guest artists.  Widely considered to be one of the founders of contemporary Hawaiian music, Willie K considers himself to be, first and foremost, a blues guitarist. Candlelit Tours at the Baldwin Home Museum.  Step back in time and visit the Baldwin Home Museum with a tour by candle light. Tours include free light refreshments on the lanai. Maui Humane Society’s Beach Buddies Visitor Program. Do you miss having a dog to spend your day with? Visitors and residents can sign up to take a homeless dog out for the day from the Maui Humane Society animal shelter. The shelter is easy to find as it is conveniently located in Pu`unene (central Maui) on Mokulele Hwy., between Kihei/Wailea and Kahului. Program participants will pick “their dog” up at 10 a.m. and bring them back no later than 3 p.m. MHS provides all of the supplies, you just provide the fun! Howie Mandel.  Howie Mandel is a comedian, actor, television host, and voice actor known as host of the NBC game show, Deal or No Deal, and as a judge for eight seasons on the hit talent competition series, America’s Got Talent.  Mandel’s versatile career has encompassed virtually all aspects of the entertainment spectrum; from his work on the Emmy-award winning, St. Elsewhere, to the international animated children’s series, Bobby’s World, he’s become a mainstay of the American comedy scene.  Howie has done countless comedy specials both on cable and network television.
