Chinese New Year Celebration.  Celebrate the Year of the Dog in Chinatown along the streets of Maunakea, Smith, and Pauahi Streets.  Enjoy food booths and entertainment at three stages. Attend the Chinese New Year’s Parade, which begins at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.   Chinatown Cultural Plaza, 100 N.
