Hallowbaloo.  This local tradition, now in its 11th year, gets grander and more exciting each year.  Hosted in the Chinatown neighborhood of Honolulu, Hallowbaloo offers seasonal fun for the whole family.  Enjoy live entertainment, music, art, food from popular local food trucks, and more. It’s unquestionably the biggest costume party in all of Oahu (and largest Halloween outdoor craft beer experience). This year, you could win $1,000 if you enter the costume contest.  This event has attracted over 50,000 people in years past.
