Laieikawai:  Princess of Paliuli – A Youth Opera.  This youth opera based on the Hawai`i Island Legend of the same name was commissioned in 1995 by the Hawai`i Youth Opera Chorus. And is celebrating its 20th Anniversary. It will be performed by 125, all singing member, students of the Hawai`i Youth Opera Chorus grades K – 12. This English language, family friendly version is appropriate for all ages. Set in a 1940’s big band music style.
