Pacific Island Arts Festival. Enjoy more than 75 Hawai`i artists who display their work for sale. Admission is free, and there will be demonstrations by artists, some of whom offer guests the chance to create their own artwork, and take items home. There will be live music and hula, shave ice, and on Sunday Lion Dancers of Au’s Shaolin Society will bring in the Chinese New Year. Located directly across from the entrance to the Honolulu Zoo at the Diamond Head end of Waikiki, Kalakaua Ave., at Kapiolani Park, 3840 Paki Ave., Honolulu. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
