The procession begins with ceremonies at Police Dept. headquarters at 801 S. Beretenia St.\, concluding at Eternal Flame Monument in front of Honolulu Hale. Includes a police motorcycle formation\, color guard\, Celtic Pipes and Drums\, dignitaries\, and Honolulu’s uniformed personnel.
