The Parade starts at 9 a.m. at King and Richards Streets in downtown Honolulu and the Ho`olaulea will be located at the Kaka`ako Makai Gateway Park\, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Arrive early before 8 a.m. as the streets will be closed for the parade to pass through and reopened following the parade.
