DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, November 11:  \nLaieikawai:  Princess of Paliuli – A Youth Opera.  This youth opera based on the Hawai`i Island Legend of the same name was commissioned in 1995 by the Hawai`i Youth Opera Chorus. And is celebrating its 20th Anniversary. It will be performed by 125\, all singing member\, students of the Hawai`i Youth Opera Chorus grades K – 12. This English language\, family friendly version is appropriate for all ages. Set in a 1940’s big band music style.
