The popular event is back in full “FORCE” with a Star Wars theme to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Hawai`i. Polar Plunge asks participants to raise a minimum of $100 to take the plunge into a pool of ice cold water – this year down a new taller and longer slide measuring in at 36 feet high and 95 feet long. Those that raise $200 or more can take an additional plunge into an ice-cold above-ground pool.
