The parade will commence at Ka`ala Elementary School at 10 a.m.\, with participants walking through and disbursing on North Cane Street. The parade will end at the Wahiawa Town Center\, where\, to honor our veterans\, there will be a brief program and a message from the 25th Infantry Division leader.
