DESCRIPTION:Friday\, August 2nd\, 2019 to Sunday\, August 4th\, 2019:\nBring it Home 2019. Adaptations Dance Theater (ADT) presents Bring it Home annually to celebrate the professional artistry created from and thriving within Maui’s dance community. By bringing back Maui-raised artists who are pursuing dance careers elsewhere to collaborate with the growing number of dancers currently living on the island\, ADT encourages an exchange of contemporary dance between Maui\, the U.S. mainland\, and beyond that the local community can likewise experience through these annual performances. This year’s program will feature the world premieres of four distinct dance works created by the cast of resident and guest artists\, including a commissioned piece and performance by renowned guest company FLOCK of Chicago.\nShowtimes are 7:30pm on Friday and Saturday\, August 2-3\, and 6:30pm on Sunday\, August 4.
