DESCRIPTION:September 20\, 2019:\nWest Hawaii County Band in Concert. The West Hawaii County Band\, a 20 member wind ensemble\, presents a free hour of band music at Hale Halawai Park on Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona. The music will be selected from the band’s library featuring jazz tunes\, classic band music\, marches\, music from the movies and Hawaiian traditional tunes. Free Friday Concerts are presented on the 3rd Friday of every month starting at 6:30pm. The band is comprise of 20+ local musicians from all walks of life and is conducted by Bernaldo Evangalista.
