Events start at 7 a.m. at the King Kamehameha Statue\, located at 55-3415 Akoni Pule Hwy\, in Kapa`au\, with a 25-foot long floral lei draping.  The parade starts at 9 a.m.\, in Hawi\, going northeast to the statue in Kapa`au and back to Kamehameha Park.
