All 3.3K/5K/10K competitors will experience the famed XTERRA World Championship run course. Paul Mitchell stylists will be there cutting hair in exchange for a donation to the Challenged Athlete Foundation.  Keiki K is a free fun run for kids 8 and under. Distances are age appropriate; 6-8 year old’s run about 1/2km with 5 and under 100 yards. Parents must register their children. All participants get awards and post-race refreshments. Top 3 in each division receive medals and prizes. 10km runners receive XTERRA Hawai`i Trail Run Series points. Program participants will pick “their dog” up at 10 a.m. and bring them back no later than 3 p.m. MHS provides all of the supplies\, you just provide the fun!
