SUMMARY:Big Island Blues Festival (3rd Annual)
DESCRIPTION:August 24\, 2019:\nBig Island Blues Festival (3rd Annual). We are excited to announce the 3rd Annual Big Island Blues Festival!!! Where there will be something for everyone to enjoy – from Great Original Blues Music\, Local Brews\, Unique Vendors\, to Delicious BBQ Food and More! BLUES\, BREWS\, & BBQ! This years wonderful event will takes place on Saturday August 24th in beautiful Kailua Kona at the King Kamehameha Hotel Luau Grounds. Unplug from the daily stresses of life and come enjoy yourself with some great live music! Come for the food and stay for the music!\n.:ARTIST LINEUP:. • Tomi Isobe’s Blues Band • The Scott & Larry Show • Ronnie V. & The Family Band\nBlues music is about life and telling a story\, and everyone has a story to tell. Blues music most certainly gave life to so many musical genres that came after it\, setting the foundation for almost all popular music in the 20th century. Don’t be fooled by the blues’ basic musical structure that’s fairly simple to play – that only makes conveying a song’s message even more difficult\, which is why the blues singers’ styles are so deeply rooted in passion and emotion. A good blues player has the ability to strike a chord deep within your soul and take those bottled up feelings of sadness\, love\, hope\, and sorrow and smash it against a brick wall to set them free.\nFamily friendly event. All ages. $20 Tickets (12 & under free) Bigislandbluesfest2019.eventbrite.com for tickets.
