Saturday & Sunday, April 5 & 6: 
Hawaiian Scottish Festival & Highland Games.  The Festival will feature live Celtic music and dancing; a highland dance competition with dancers from Scotland, Canada and the U.S. mainland; athletic competitions of strength and skill with athletes from Hawai`i and the U.S. mainland, the sale of Celtic-themed food, drinks and wares; a clan and genealogy tent; a children’s tent with activities geared for the younger set, displays of medieval hand-to-hand combat, and much more.  Ala Moana Beach Park, McCoy Pavilion, 1360 Ala Moana Blvd., Honolulu. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.  For information call (808) 732-6861 or visit www.scotshawaii.org.
