Kohala Country Fair

Saturday, October 4:
Kohala Country Fair. Join in the thirtieth anniversary celebration of this popular event with all-day live music and dance, including Robi Kahakalau, North Shor Live, the Keawe Trio, Lorenzo’s Army, LavaRoots Performing Arts, and Na Kupuna O Kohala. Lots for the children (keiki), including the Hiccup Children’s Circus, pony rides, and a low-cost wrist-band for most rides and activities. Old-fashioned country fair games and contests, delicious (“ono” in Hawaiian) food and craft booths, with plenty of off-street parking and free admission. At the beautiful ocean view fairgrounds in Kapa`au, located 1 mile east of the King Kamehameha statue, toward Pololu, Makai (towards the ocean) from `Iole Road.
