Retrospective: Deybra Fair – Trinkets, Tokens and Treasures of a Charmed Life. The Retrospective Series was designed to acknowledge the contributions of individuals who have made a profound influence on local art and to share their work and ideas with the community. The Hui is honored to present celebrated Maui artist Deybra Fair as the Retrospective Artist for 2020. Deybra Fair’s show is a collection of assemblages, installations and mixed medium works commemorating her expansive 40-year mixed media art career on Maui. As an avid collector of found objects, Deybra’s dimensional memoir invites the viewer to take a journey into her treasure trove of trinkets for a show that is bound to inspire and excite.
