The Noble Chef: Benefit for the Maui Culinary Academy. The University of Hawai’i Maui College and Maui Culinary Academy presents “The World on a Plate: La Dolce Vita” benefit gala and dinner. The event also serves as an ideal training ground for Maui’s burgeoning chefs and is a showcase for the culinary talents of MCA’s industry partners, faculty and students.
