The Orchestra of the Hawaiian Islands

The Orchestra of the Hawaiian Islands presents the chamber music of “Tropix” at 7PM at the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. Brazilian violinist Manoela Wunder joins Resident Conductor Philip Simmons (guitar) for a French and Latin program featuring works by Debussy, Ravel, Paganini, Villa-Lobos, Piazzolla, and others. Tickets are $25, with proceeds going towards the new Instrumental Music Program at Parker School. They are available on line at The Great 4-D Movie Ride at the Shops at Mauna Lani.
