Lei Day Celebration
Monday, May 1: Lei Day Celebration. May Day is Lei Day in Hawai`i. The event features the annual Lei Court, as well as local entertainment and hula halau. The Hawaiian Steel Guitar Association traditionally plays in the lei exhibit/Kulana Lei area (open area between the bandstand and the shell). Waikiki ArtFest
Saturday & Sunday, September 22 & 23: Waikiki ArtFest. Celebrate the arts of Hawai`i, featuring approximately 60 fine artists and handcraft artisans who display their own art for sale including jewelry of all types, clothing, wood products, stained glass, ceramics, soaps and candles, bags, quilts, lauhala products.
