Saturday, September 20: Hawai`i Island Festival – Paniolo Parade & Ho`olaulea in Waimea. Parade route begins 10 a.m. at Waimea Church Row, down Mamalahoa Hwy, passing through Waimea town and ending in Waimea Park.
