Sunday, November 5: Holoholo Ka`a. A hands-on event for kids and kids at heart to climb aboard, pretend to drive, take photos in, and get close up and inside emergency vehicles, heavy machinery, various construction rigs, farm equipment, cool cars and more. Local business and agencies, public utilities, County and State departments showcase their vehicles while sharing their knowledge of duties and operating skills. 18th Annual Maui Matsuri Musical Extravaganza
Friday, May 4: 18th Annual Maui Matsuri Musical Extravaganza. The free Musical Extravaganza event is Maui County’s 150th Gannenmono Celebration, honoring the past 150 years of the first Japanese immigrants to come to Hawai`i. The evening honors the multi-cultural plantation heritage that brought the Japanese to Hawai`i. Entertainment from the Hawaiian, Korean, Portuguese, Chinese, and Japanese cultures will be shared.
