Hanalei Canoe Club’s Tahiti Fete. Celebrate Independence Day as part of the Hanalei Canoe Club’s family event on the beach. Visitors and kama’aina are welcomed to take part in the 1/4 mile, 6 man Outrigger Canoe Regatta. Canoes, paddles and experienced steersman will be provided. Medals will be presented to the top three crews in each division. There are special beach programs for the keiki (children), along with snacks, vendors, local music and Tahitian dancing during the day.
