Garden Isle Artisan Fair.  More than 40 local artisans showcase an array of handcrafted products from Kaua`i and throughout Polynesia. Throughout the Month of December, beginning December 7: 
Festival of Lights.  The Festival of Lights is a unique annual event at the Historic County Building in Lihue, dedicated to presenting for generations to come the beautiful decorations created by Josie Chansky, as well as creations crafted by volunteers and perpetuating the tradition that residents and visitors from around the world experienced for decades at the Chansky “Christmas House” in Kapa`a. Friday, December 7: 
Lights on Rice Christmas Parade.  Annual Christmas Parade on Rice Street, Lihue. Lighted floats, bands, walking groups. Special Event on Oahu: Thursday, December 6:
