The Garden Island Range and Food Festival.  This festival brings together the Kaua’i Community and the cattlemen, farmers and chefs to taste healthy, local and nutritious foods and meals. Locally produced agricultural products are presented through social, cultural and scientific exchanges. Garden Isle Artisan Fair, “Under the Big Tent!”  Christmas Shop early from a great selection of items from over 40 of Kaua`i’s  finest Artisans.  Photography, jewelry, aloha wear, palm bark baskets, wood carvings,  photo albums,  pounded mulberry bark, local fruit jellies and sauces, soaps, candles, original oil paintings, table linens, and much more. Old Koloa Sugar Mill Run

Saturday, November 9:
Old Koloa Sugar Mill Run.  Kaua`i’s premier 5-K, 10-K, Half Marathon Runs, and non-competitive 5-K Walk. New this year is a Half Marathon. The Half Marathon will start at 7:00 a.m.; the 10-K run will start at 7:15 a.m.; and the 5-K run and walk will start at 7:30 a.m. The run will include a continental breakfast and choice of T-shirt or Tank top. Breakfast will be served as the first finishers arrive at about 8:00 a.m. The winners will be announced at about 9:30. Historic Waimea Walking Tour.  Take a 3 hour walk back through time in the place where Captain Cook first landed in Waimea.  Learn about the last King of Kaua`i, the missionaries, and other famous citizens of Waimea along with the landmarks they left behind. Makuahi Cave Reserve Tours.  At the center of its many attractions is Hawai`i’s largest limestone cave, the richest fossil site in the islands, and a uniquely preserved archaeological site. Slack Key Guitar Concerts
