Friday & Saturday, November 9 & 10: Hula O Na Keiki.  Maui’s only children’s solo hula competition. Children ages 5 to 17 compete in kahiko (traditional) and `auana (modern) style hula, as well as oli (chant) and costume. The competition encourages its young participants to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for the art of hula and its roots in Hawaiian culture.
