Hilo Donkey Dash 5K & 5K Relay

Saturday, July 7: 
Hilo Donkey Dash 5K & 5K Relay.  This will be the inaugural Hilo Donkey Dash at Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo and Gardens. The Pana`ewa Recreational Complex is a County of Hawai`i Park located south of Hilo. Choose the 5K, or the 5K Relay, where partners do about 1.55 miles each. After race awards, the Zoo will be open. There will be food vendors and entertainment. Proceeds benefit the Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo & Gardens. Pana`ewa Recreational Complex, 800 Stainback Hwy., Hilo. 7 a.m. Cost: $30 and $20.
