Kaua`i Orchid & Art Festival.  Coinciding with the Spring Fantasy Orchid Show, this festival will feature art with an orchid theme.  Free entertainment 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., food booths, and arts and crafts for the kids, and Artist Alley (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.)   Hanapepe Hawaiian Congregational Church, 3815 Hanapepe Rd., Hanapepe.
