Maui Film Festival. This festival includes film screenings, award tributes, film maker panels, The Taste of Wailea, where food and wine highlight the creations of Wailea’s top chefs that build upon the islands agricultural bounty; Taste of Chocolate ( a chocoholic’s fantasy ) and many other gala parties and festivities throughout the resort. The Celestial Cinema, a 50 foot screen and the festival’s crown jewel of a venue, at the foot of Mount Haleakala, highlights the romance and beauty of Maui.
