Maui Matsuri (Japanese Festival)

Maui Matsuri (Japanese Festival). “On” kanji is the theme of this year’s festival to commemorate a year of reflection and gratitude. The festival will feature cultural entertainment, food and craft booths, demonstrations and exhibits, cultural crafts and games for kids, manga and art contests, cosplay (costume) and video-gaming contests, hanafuda/sakura contests, eating contests, and bon dancing.
